About CoHopers:

CoHopers ("We", "Our", "Us") is committed to providing a professional co-working environment and protecting the privacy and security of our members' information.

Agreement:

By becoming a member or using our facilities, you ("Member", "You", "Your") agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Scope:

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service applies to all members, guests, and users of CoHopers facilities.

2. MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Membership:

All members must register and provide valid identification. Membership plans are non-transferable and must be renewed on time. Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.

Guest:

Members may invite guests, but all guests must be signed in at the front desk and accompanied by the member at all times. Guests are not permitted to use meeting rooms or other facilities without prior booking.

Resource Usage:

Meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, and other shared resources are available for professional use only. Members must book meeting rooms in advance and use resources responsibly. Any misuse may result in restricted access.

Payment:

Membership fees and service charges are due on the specified date each month. Late payments may result in service suspension. A 30-day notice is required for membership cancellation. Refunds are processed according to the terms of your agreement.

Conduct:

All members must maintain respectful and professional behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

Cleanliness:

Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their workspace and common areas. Please clean up after using meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, and other shared spaces. Report any maintenance issues immediately.

Security:

Access cards, keys, and passwords are personal and must not be shared. Report lost items immediately. Members are responsible for securing their personal belongings. CoHopers is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Internet Usage:

Internet access is provided for work-related activities only. Illegal downloads, streaming, or accessing inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Bandwidth may be limited during peak hours.

Cancellation and Refund:

Membership cancellations require 30 days' advance notice. Refunds are processed based on the terms of your membership agreement. No refunds for partial months unless otherwise specified in your contract.

Facility Maintenance:

Report any equipment damage or maintenance issues to management immediately. Members will be held accountable for intentional damage to facilities or equipment. Regular maintenance schedules will be communicated in advance.
